EX350 Ultra bond premium

Ultra bond premium EX350 is polymer modied cement based quick set tile adhesive specially designed for heavy duty applicants for fixing vitrified tiles, slabs, natural stones and large size tiles on interior wall and oor surfaces. Not recommended for exterior were direct sunlight come.

Add 5 liter clean water with 20kg of Ultra BOND PREMIUM EX 350 and stir well until a lump free compound is achieved. The surface to be tiled should be clean and sound. Old surfaces must be free from any kind of grease oils wax etc. At site addition of water shall be adjusted to attain desired consistency and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Allow tiling to set for 24 hours prior to filling joints.

Apply Ultra BOND EX 350evenly on the substrate. Use a notched trowel to have a uniform thickness 3mm minimum. Apply the tiles on the substrate and press them rmly, while making sure that the paste does not slip from the tile sides. Ultra Bond EX 350can also be applied on the back of tiles to ensure full adhesion with all the surface. In case exceptional performance is required.

Apply Ultra BOND EX 350 on the substrate by areas of around 1 m2 each, which can be tiled within a maximum of 25 minutes from application time at 23°C. After that time, an outer skin may form thus preventing the tile from adhering properly to Ultra BOND EX 350. Adjustments to the tiles should only be made during Ultra BOND EX 350 open time. It is recommended to leave a minimum width of 2 mm around the tiles. Grouting the tile joints should only be done at least 24 hours after tiling, using Ultra Joint Filler EX- 20.Ultra BOND EX 350 20kg gives coverage of 4.8 m2 in 3 mm thickness.
